Robert Mattson
Robert has spent over 30 years on stages and nearly as long as a business leader. Having spent time at companies such as ADP, Ceridian, SmashFly Technologies and GTE to name a few. Robert's history as a Marketing Vice President, playwright, director and award winning actor drove him to create the ITM Approach that pushes business people to embrace their inner performer. Using techniques derived by performing in theaters and presenting in videos, webcasts, podcasts and in full rooms at industry conferences and tradeshows the ITM Approach is appropriate for the improvement of live or virtual interactions.

Dennis Noonan-Sloan, M.Ed.
Dennis has over 30 years’ experience facilitating learning and leading organizations.  He spent the first half of his career fully immersed in the corporate training world.   This resulted in thousands of hours in front of groups facilitating learning on topics including effective communication, teamwork, management, sales and leadership.  Most recently he led a professional services organization for one of the fastest growing business at ADP.  His background enables him to blend his knowledge of adult learning and instructional design with his front-line business experience to create stories to which other business leaders can relate.  Dennis received his Masters in Education from Vanderbilt University.

Tim Van Ness

Tim has over 20-years of experience as a master facilitator, organizational effectiveness consultant, and executive coach. With a unique background in the use of theatre and action methods for organizational change and leadership development, Tim has designed and delivered distinctive programs for clients across diverse industries including technology, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, health care, higher education, family businesses and non-profits. He is a 30 year veteran of Playback Theatre, an original form of improvisational theatre based on the enactment of personal story. An accredited trainer for the Centre for Playback Theatre, Tim has performed with, founded, consulted to and coached Playback companies in 5 countries. As a contractor to other firms, he has traveled the globe coaching and teaching leadership and communications at NASA, KKR, the CIA, BCG, The US Federal Reserve, American Express, McDonalds, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and many more. Tim has been a visiting professor at Antioch (Keene, NH), New York University and the Stockholm School of Economics, has taught for Executive Education programs at Harvard, Columbia and Duke Universities and has served on the boards of several non-profits. Once a music teacher in the Boston Public Schools, Mr. Van Ness weaves his experience as an actor, director, educator, improvisor, business leader, songwriter, and classically trained musician to provide each client a unique experience specifically suited to their individual need.

​William J. Chalmus. Sr. 

Will Chalmus is a true success story. Will C. was born in Philadelphia and grew up on the streets of Boston under intensely challenging socio-economic circumstances. He worked and “willed” his way into a superior situation. Now an adjunct professor at Brandeis University with an M.Ed from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education and a BA in Theater Arts from Brandeis, Will C. is a highly skilled facilitator of personal, communal, and leadership development. He has led programs in the US, Canada, Germany, Brazil and Australia, is the founder of various theatre companies in New England and has served on the board of directors for the Centre for Playback Theatre. Will C. is also a highly respected hip-hop artist, lyricist and M.C. that performs solo acts and with multiple bands.

​Jeanne Achille

Executive Advisor

​Recognized as an influential doyenne in the HR technology category, Jeanne Achille has more than 25 years of industry-specific sales, marketing and PR experience. Chair of the Select HR Tech Conference, she also chairs the Women in HR Tech Summit at the HR Technology Conference & Exposition and the HR Festival Asia in Singapore. She is the founder and CEO of The Devon Group, and has helped launch thousands of HR tech products and companies including sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, HRMS/payroll, relocation, talent management, succession planning and coaching solutions. Maggie Cooke

Executive Advisor

With over 25 years of sales and leadership experience, Maggie started her own coaching and facilitation company in 2009, and has impacted over 5,500 people globally, with her curious, playful and perceptive approach. She is grateful for all the synchronicities that have led her to work that is play, with her favorite quote is ‘every head is a walking world’. Maggie has an Economics degree, is a Certified Executive Coach, postgraduate Adult Education training, and master certification in dozens of training programs. Maggie has worked with over 2,500 executives and managers on leadership development, and Sales Excellence and Coaching with companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100. She is an advisor and evaluator  at the Schulich School and has a Masters Certificate in Sales Leadership. Maggie's consulting career has included advising companies on corporate development; sales effectiveness and go to market strategies.

Marc Moschetto is a B2B technology marketing executive, with 25+ years of global experience and Cloud/SaaS-based solution expertise. His experience covers all aspects of developing the strategies and tactics necessary to grow brand recognition, increase demand generation, create significant and impactful thought leadership activities, develop new sales tools and sales training methodologies, build and mentor highly effective marketing teams, and ultimately increase both revenue and company valuation. He has served as an executive in a diverse array of HR technology, industrial automation, operations management and sports technology organizations. He has also helped growth-stage companies to secure initial funding, expand funding and navigate successful exits. Marc has been published in numerous trade journals, blogs, and other ‘traditional’ and social media outlets, as well as serving as subject matter expert at both online and live industry events.
